Description
Join Dr Vanessa Kimbell, founder of The Sourdough School and a specialist in the nutrition and digestibility of bread, for a live session exploring the research behind Diversity Bread.
Discover how bread can be baked, eaten and shared as part of an enjoyable, nourishing approach to health and longevity. Vanessa brings together research and practical experience to help you understand your bread and make the most of it at your table.
Each session takes place on Zoom on a Monday evening at 7 pm UK time, hosted by a member of the Abel & Cole sustainability team. There will be a 30-minute presentation followed by a 30-minute Q&A.
We will explore different subjects throughout the year. Please see the dates and topics below before selecting your session.
Once you have purchased your session or redeemed your session voucher, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time and Zoom joining link. Please check that you can access Zoom beforehand and join a few minutes early to settle in and check your sound.
You can submit questions in advance using our question submission form. Our host will bring these into the discussion, and we will endeavour to answer as many questions as possible within the time available.
All sessions, including the Q&A, will be recorded and shared online afterwards via Vimeo. This means you can revisit the presentation or watch it if you cannot attend live. Please bear the recording in mind when contributing to the discussion.
These sessions are educational. Vanessa welcomes questions about the subjects and research discussed, but cannot provide personal diagnoses or advice about individual symptoms, medical conditions or treatment. Please discuss these questions with your own healthcare practitioner.
Bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. If you are unable to attend, we cannot offer a refund or an alternative live session, except where required by law. The recording will be available for you to watch afterwards.
